What Payment Protection Means

Buyer protection describes Wakajor's protected payment and dispute review workflow. It is intended to reduce order risk by keeping payment, communication, requirements, and evidence inside Wakajor.

What May Be Covered

  • A Plug does not deliver.
  • Delivery materially does not match the order.
  • A Plug requests off-platform payment.
  • A prohibited service concern is detected.
  • Evidence supports refund or revision review.

What Is Not Covered

  • Payment moved outside Wakajor.
  • A Buyer requested prohibited services.
  • A Buyer provided false information.
  • A Buyer approved delivery and later changed preference without evidence.
  • A third party rejects or delays an application for reasons outside the Plug's control.

Buyer Protection Fee

The Buyer Protection Fee may support payment protection, platform safety, support, and dispute operations. Final wording, tax treatment, and refundability require legal review.

Dispute Process

Wakajor may review order records, chat, files, delivery evidence, payment metadata, user history, and risk signals. Outcomes are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
