Account Rules
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify Wakajor about unauthorized access. Shared accounts, impersonation, and fraudulent accounts are prohibited.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers should provide accurate requirements, use protected payment inside Wakajor, keep communication inside the platform, avoid prohibited requests, review delivery promptly, and provide evidence for disputes.
Plug Responsibilities
Plugs should provide legitimate services, accurate listings, lawful delivery, timely updates, delivery evidence, and secure handling of buyer documents. Plugs must not request off-platform payment where prohibited.
Orders And Protected Payments
Orders define the service, requirements, price, timeline, delivery expectations, and evidence. Wakajor uses protected payment wording for payment protection flows and does not claim regulated payment status unless approved by legal review.
Buyer Protection Fee
Buyer Protection Fee wording, amount, tax treatment, refundability, and disclosure require legal review before public launch.
Chat And Off-Platform Rules
Users should keep communication, payment, requirements, and evidence inside Wakajor. Direct bank transfers, contact-sharing, and off-platform arrangements may be blocked or reviewed.
Prohibited Services
Fake documents, forged certificates, bribery, guaranteed third-party outcome claims, exam malpractice, illegal BVN/NIN changes, fake bank statements, and illegal shortcuts are prohibited.
Reviews, Disputes, And Refunds
Reviews must be based on real completed orders. Disputes and refunds are reviewed using order records, chat, delivery evidence, user conduct, and applicable policy. Refunds are not automatic.
No Third-Party Outcome Guarantee
Wakajor and Plugs do not control decisions by embassies, schools, banks, CAC, government offices, payment providers, or other third parties.
